how much does shipping cost?
we ship with Canada Post - please see rates and estimated delivery times below.
FREE shipping on orders over $100 (Canada, US)
for orders under $100, the following rates apply:
standard | Canada — from 9 to 14 business days
expedited | Canada - up to 7 business days
rates are calculated automatically in checkout section.
standard | United States — 10 - 14 business days
expedited | United States - up to 10 business days
rates are calculated automatically in checkout section.
standard | international – up to 20 business days
rates are calculated automatically in checkout section.
**please note these are estimates, and delivery time may vary depending on holidays, customs clearance, etc.
how can I track my order?
once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. simply click on the link option and enter your order number and email address.
in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled in more than one shipment. you will only receive the shipping confirmation email when the last item has shipped. however, you can view the tracking for each item on the order detail page.
what you should know:
- we ship only on business days. business days are from monday to friday, excluding holidays.
- please note that shipping times do not include processing time - orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed.
